Partnering with the Holy Spirit, sessions are focused on helping you create space to hear from God, through the use of scripture, prayer, questions, and imaginative tools and other creative elements.
The aim is to foster wonder and discovery as you cultivate an ongoing awareness of God’s Presence in the everyday, ordinary moments of your life.

*Bethany has completed supervised training with The Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction and Christ Centered Coaching. She is also trained in the Immanuel Approach Emotional Healing method.
Why engage in Spiritual Direction or Coaching?
Faith life can be: Messy. Joyful. Confusing. Shifting. Pioneering. New-Birthing. Deconstructing. Purpose-filled. Life-Giving. etc.
In any season, we thrive most when we operate out of the realization that He is the very source & essence of our beings, & that He chooses to be with us. This is what Adventure with Him looks like - an abundant life of abiding lock-step with Him, even when we come to the table with real, raw, & honest questions. He meets us as we come.
Sometimes it takes a trusted companion on our journey who will help us prioritize this relationship with Him in our lives by asking Spirit-led questions & facilitating space through exercises & practical tools to give us language as we encounter God right where we are.
How does it work?
We will create space together in a 1-hour session to hear from the Holy Spirit through the practices of intentional breathing, silence, scripture readings, & exercises like imaginative prayer, Lectio Divina, Visio Divina, centering prayer, the Examen, etc.
This time is about YOU & Him. I'm just a fellow companion on your journey.
